Senior engineering capacity
The starting package reserves eight days per month for your projects. Each day is eight hours, including development, meetings, code review and handover. We agree the working days and priorities before the month starts, so you know exactly what capacity you have.
No full-time hire
Add engineering capacity for the work you have sold, with a one-month minimum and two weeks' notice to stop before the next billing period. Your team works directly with the engineer doing the build.
White-label
I work within your delivery process, in your repositories and under your brand where appropriate. You keep the client relationship; we agree whether you want me in client calls or working directly with your team.
Hours that overlap yours
I am based in Bali, UTC+8. Before we start, we agree a recurring overlap window in your local timezone for reviews and decisions, accounting for daylight saving. The scheduled days and response expectations are written into the engagement.
Direct communication
You work directly with me on priorities, technical decisions and progress. I use your board or an agreed brief, with reviews scheduled around the reserved days.
Flexible monthly
Work runs from your board or an agreed brief. Extra days are quoted and booked separately, subject to availability. Reserved days are used within that month and do not roll over. Ongoing emergency or out-of-hours cover is a separate agreement.
